GAZMAT manufactures and retails its own automotive carpet mats that provide drivers with a quality and luxury like no other. The GAZMAT range includes:

• Passenger cabin floor mats - also known as over-mats and simply as floor mats these are what goes beneath your feet
• Cargo area mats - these what is placed into the luggage area of your hatchback sedan, SUV or station wagon
• Boot mats - also known as trunk mats these are what gets place on the floor of your saloon's luggage area

Available in three different carpet types known as pile they are loop, plush and super-plush and all with a foam backing the helps hold your mat to your vehicle's carpet the under-foot feel of GAZMAT's carpet mats is second to none.

Stylised designs

GAZMAT automotive carpet mats are not just available in drab shades of black like some other manufacturers mats are. Ultimately we design our mats using 14 colours of carpet matched to various coloured edge bind and thread for stitching to give you some truly uniquely stylised mats.  

Chose your carpet pile

Loop pile carpet is exactly as its name suggests it has a loop end and our plush piles are what some also call cut pile.

Loop pile gives your vehicle an authentic look and feel of vehicles manufactured prior to about 1985 while plush pile is a more modern look. Loop pile can also be used in more modern vehicles as a contrasting look.

Plush pile has a length of 6mm from the backing while Super Plush Pile has a 12mm length from the backing. Plush pile mats are more commonly used in modern vehicles but also may be used in older vehicles for a more comfortable under-foot experience.

Fasteners are part of the deal

GAZMAT automotive carpet mats are made with fasteners grommets that are suited specifically to your make and model of vehicle. We do a lot of research to get the right grommets and locate them correctly in your mats

Heel mats are also part of the deal

GAZMAT automotive carpet mats also come with a heel mat fitted to the drivers side mat. We have secured a range of different heel mats that are era appropriate and colour matched to your vehicles mat.

Edge binding

GAZMAT edge binding is not an over locker stitching at the edge of your vehicles mats. It is a proper edge binding fabric and is hardy enough to stand up to the climate of Australia and can be cleaned with ease. Some of our mats for older vehicles have a vinyl edge binder fabric so that they are completely period correct.
